Transparency and Communication

The policy of commercial communication ofBanco de Crédito Cooperativo is based on three pillars:

  • Self-regulation: ethical principles and internal rules governing the relationship with its customers.
  • Internal procedures and controls in the development of the commercial communication. Control, content, custody and availability of computer records.
  • General principles to which the commercial communication is adjusted. Performance standards for the creation of commercial and/or advertising message contents.
