He has been named CEO of the Cooperative Credit Bank on January 28, 2014. The career of Manuel Yebra Sola (Almeria, 1966) has always been linked to Cajamar Caja Rural.
In 1982 he began his career in the branch network of Caja Rural Provincial of Almeria at that time, holding successively positions of administrative, commercial, auditor and branch director. Later, he joined the Central Services of the entity, where he assumed different responsibilities in the areas or Organization, Management, Risks, Products and Services. In 2002 he was appointed deputy director of Business, in 2006 Strategic Director and in 2007 General Manager of Cajamar Caja Rural. In 2012 he was elected vice president of the Governing Council and designated CEO, responsibility that he has been held until joining the Cooperative Credit Bank.
Bernabé Sánchez-Minguet Martínez (Valencia, 1961), executive director of Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo, appointed for the first time on 16 June 2015.
With a degree in Law, specialising in Corporate Law, from the University of Valencia, he studied English and German at Trinity College London and the Goethe Institut, and also gained an English language diploma from Valencia's Official School of Languages. He also studied specialist courses on banking management, the management of cooperatives, insurance, and personal and management skills development.
With extensive experience in Spain's cooperative banking sector, he has spent his entire professional career with CajaCampo, Cajamar Caja Rural and Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo.
In 1983, he joined CajaCampo, working first as a customer service agent and branch manager over the following years, and then moving into central services, heading up Internal Audits, Investment Management, and the General Technical Secretariat. In 1990, he was appointed deputy managing director, and in 1994 managing director of CajaCampo, a position he held for 17 years, until the bank merged with Cajamar in 2011.
Since 2011, at Cajamar Caja Rural and Banco de Crédito Cooperativo, he has held the positions of corporate managing director and managing director of Investments, focusing particularly on issues relating to Grupo Cooperativo Cajamar.
Rafael García Cruz (Almería, 1966), Proprietary Director and Executive Director of Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo, appointed for the first time on 7 May 2019.
He gained a Higher Engineering Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Telecommunications Engineering Technical College at the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
He embarked on his professional career in the R&D Department of Empresa Nacional de Armamento Santa Barbara, attached to the National Institute of Industry, between 1988 and 1990, before completing his Final Degree Project at the Telecommunications Engineering Technical College in 1991 and 1992.
In 1993, he joined Caja Rural de Almería as a Communications Officer. In 1995 he was appointed Coordinator of the Technical Office, in 1997 Information Systems Coordinator and in 1998 Executive Director of the Media Unit. Coinciding with the merger between Caja Rural de Almeria and Caja Rural de Malaga, now within Cajamar, in 2000 he was appointed Director of the Direct Business And New Technologies Unit, in 2001 Director of Information Systems, in 2003 Deputy Director of the Media Division, in 2005 Director of the Media Division, and in 2007 Managing Director of Media.
Coinciding with the constitution of Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo, in 2014 he was appointed Managing Director of Media, and in 2015 Corporate Managing Director, a role he retained until he joined the Board of Directors as Proprietary Director and Executive Director, in 2019.
With an extensive career in the financial and insurance sector, Luis Rodríguez González (Barcelona, 1955) is appointed president of the Corporative Credit Bank on January 28, 2014. Until that moment and during the last years, he had been Finance Manager of Cajamar Caja Rural.
Degree in Economics and Business and Insurance Actuary from the Complutense University of Madrid, and MBA by the School of Industrial Organisation of Madrid, in 1973 he began his career in the Insurance Management of Banco de Bilbao, working as Actuary, and later he was appointed Marketing Director of the Bank-Insurance Company of the Group. In 1984 he joined Santander Group, where he developed several positions in the following six years: Insurance director of the Group, general manager of Cenit (Santander Insurance), general manager of Noble-Lowndes (pension consultancy), advisor of several companies (funds manager, mortgage, leasing) and Development manager of Bank-Insurance and Investment Funds in Latin America (Chile, Argentina and Mexico). Between 1991 and 1993 he was general manager of the International Division of La Union and Fenix Español, between 1994 and 1997 he was executive president of Amaya Insurance, and between 1997 and 2006 he was general manager of the RGA companies (Life, miscellaneous, pensions and brokerage) and advisor of the Agrupacion de Seguros Agrarios Combinados (Agroseguro). In 2007 he joined Cajamar Caja Rural as manager of the Insurance Division and Asset Management, being shortly after appointed Finance Manager of the entity, responsibility that he has been held until his appointment as President of the Cooperative Credit Bank.
He has also taught as an associate lecturer on the subject "Mathematics of Financial Operations" at the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies of Madrid's Complutense University and San Pablo CEU University.
Expert in economics and marketing, Joan Mir Piqueras (Mislata [Valencia], 1958) is a dominical director of "Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo, SA" on behalf of "Cajamar Caja Rural", being named for the first time on January 28, 2014.
PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Valencia and Graduated with Honours on Market Research from AEDEMO, among other degrees, he has been Professor of International Marketing at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Valencia.
He is currently General Manager of the fruit and vegetable cooperative Anecoop, Chair of Agrikoop Anecoop Group, Counselor of the Company "Agricultura y Conservas S.A." and patron of "Fundación Francisco Balbatre Arnau".
He was appointed General Manager of ANECOOP in 2010, having held until then and since 1997 the position of Deputy General Manager of Marketing and Strategy. Previously he has been General Manager of the Valencian Exportation Institute (IVEX) of the Valencia Regional Government and he has held the positions of president, CEO and General Manager of companies of the IBER Group. He has also collaborated in the development of the Strategic Plan of Spanish Food and Agriculture Cooperativism and he is author of several publications and articles.
María López Fernández (Almería, 1967), director representing major shareholders of Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo, appointed for the first time on 29 June 2021.
With a Degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Almeria, in 1989 she embarked on a professional career with Caja Rural de Almería as an administrator with the branch network. Five years later, in 1994, she joined the bank’s Central Services as an investment supervisor, and over the next ten years she was a member of various teams within Business Banking, Business Coordination, and Risk.
She has developed her professional career through various positions in the cooperative banking sector, first at Cajamar Caja Rural and then at Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo.
An expert in risk management and sustainable finance, in 2006 she was appointed director of Risk Admission at Cajamar, in 2011 director of the Investments Division, in 2015 Cajamar’s Regional Director for West Andalusia, and in 2020 deputy managing director of Sustainable Finance and Social Economy at Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo, a position she held until she joined the bank’s Board of Directors.
After an extensive career in the financial sector, Antonio de Parellada Durán (Madrid, 1961) is a proprietary director of Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo, nominated by Cajamar Caja Rural, appointed for the first time on 28 April 2022.

Degree in Law from the Autonomous University in Madrid and belonging to the Higher Corps of Civil Administrators of the State, between 2009 and 2013, she was general secretary of UNACC (National Union of Credit Cooperatives), organization of the Spanish credit cooperatives. Previously and from 1995, she held different positions in the Sub-Directorate-General of Legislation and Financial Policy and in 2003 she was appointed general sub director de Sub-Directorate-General of Legislation and Financial Policy of the then Directorate General of the Treasury and Financial Policy of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, position that she held until 2009. During those years, she was responsible of the negotiation and processing of more than 60 relevant financial regulation, among which we may emphasize the transposing of the European Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (Mifid), the mortgage market law, the Royal Decree on the Financial Asset Acquisition Fund, the legal regime of the risk capital, of institutions of collective investments and free investment, the regulation of the Fund for the Orderly Restructuring of the Banking Sector (Frob), the regulation on transparency of listed companies and corporate governance rules and the Law on takeover bids for securities (OPAs, Public Offer to purchase Shares). During that period she also represented Spain in different technical committees of the European Union in the matter of Credit entities, financial markets and institutions of collective investment. Between 2002 and 2003 she was general secretary of the General Intervention of the Autonomous Community of MadriMr.
Antonio Cantón Góngora (Almería, 1957), independent director of Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo, was appointed for the first time on 15 November 2016.
Having gained a degree in Advanced Telecommunications Engineering and a Masters' Degree in Economics and Business Management (IESE), his professional career has taken him to companies such as TELEFONICA, TELECOM ITALIA, RETEVISION, AMENA, JAZZTEL, XFERA MOVILES (YOIGO) and TELVENT. He has also been a director of a dozen technology, communications, and information companies.
From 1979 to 1997, during his time at Compañía Telefónica Nacional de España, among other responsibilities, he was director of the Department of Holdings Management and Control, deputy director general for the Commercial area, and chairman/CEO of TELYCO, in addition to a director of several of the company's holdings.
From 1997 to 1999, he was chairman and CEO of TELECOM ITALIA de ESPAÑA (RETEVISIÓN and AMENA). In 1999 he promoted the creation of JAZZTEL, of which he was a founder, shareholder, and CEO for two years.
From 2000 to 2006 he was the CEO of XFERA Móviles (YOIGO), a company to which he was later an advisor and director until 2016. Furthermore, between 2006 and 2010, he was a director of SCHIBSTED SPAIN (20 MINUTOS), and from 2007 to 2010 he was a member of the advisory board at TELVENT.

Antonio Carranceja y López de Ochoa (Madrid, 1962), Independent Director of Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo, appointed for the first time on 7 May 2019.
He holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid (1989) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from UAM (1980), where he has taught part time for more than 30 years: from 1987 to 1991 as an Associate Professor of Financial Mathematics, and from 1991 onwards as Professor of Accounting and Finance in the Department of Finance and Commercial Research. He has also been an Assistant Professor at IE University since the year 2017.
He began working in the private sector in 1986 at Arthur Andersen Consulting, and a year later joined the Spanish firm C.M. Capital Markets Brokerage S.A. He then went on to work at Société Générale (1992-2017) for 25 years, where he held a number of different posts in the area of Markets in Spain, including Director of Trading and Distribution of Fixed Income (1996-2000), Director of Fixed Income Distribution for Spain and Portugal (2001-2009), Director of Markets for Spain and Portugal and member of the Steering Committee in Spain (2009-2017). For four years, he was also a Proprietary Director and Member of the Board of Directors at Height Markets S.V., S.A. (2014-2017). He was an Independent Director for EBN Securities, SV between 2018 and 2020.
Ana Núñez Álvarez (Madrid, 1967), independent director of Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo, first appointed on 9 June 2020 (resolution approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders, pending entry in the Bank of Spain Register of Senior Officers to take effect).
A law graduate from San Pablo-CEU University in Madrid, Ana has a certificate from IESE-Universidad de Navarra having completed a bespoke Asset Management, Capital Markets and Finance programme designed for AB Asesores. After over 20 years in the financial markets with firms including Carnegie International, AB Asesores, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch Bank of America, she decided to take a different career path and joined the Madrid Down Syndrome Foundation in 2011. Her experience in the third sector encouraged her to set up the Inuit Foundation in 2016 to contribute to social change through innovation via social impact investing.
She began her career in London in 1989 as an equities analyst-broker at Carnegie International. In 1991, she returned to Madrid and joined AB Asesores' equities team. After eight years with that company, she had reached the position of head of the equity sales desk for Spanish financial institutions and the primary market product origination desk. After AB Asesores was acquired by Morgan Stanley in 1998, she joined the bank in London in the capital markets department as director of equities products for insurance companies and pension funds in Spain. In 1999 she moved to Merrill Lynch's capital markets department as director of the fixed income desk until 2008. Her final role at Merrill Lynch Bank of America was as a capital markets specialist in the wealth management department (2008-2011).
Between 2011 and 2015, she occupied the post of director of institutional relations and project management at the Madrid Down Syndrome Foundation. As a member of the foundation's management committee, she played a part in implementing a programme to professionalise the institution to ensure its long-term sustainability.
In March 2016, as a founding partner, she created Inuit Fundación, a non-profit organisation, of which she is currently a trustee. This foundation's goal is to create social impact by bringing a new approach to managing the donations of individuals and companies through two primary vehicles: the philanthropic social impact fund through which innovative and scalable projects with a significant social impact are selected; and the Social Impact Bonds - a new vehicle for financing social causes through public-private partnerships.
Luis Fernández-Revuelta Pérez (Almería, 1966). Independent Director of Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo, appointed for the first time on 9 June 2020.
Professor of Financial Economics and Accounting at the University of Almeria, heading up the department of Financial Economics and Accounting. He has taught on subjects related to management control and cost accounting on the honours degrees in Economics and Business Studies, Business Administration, as well as undergraduate degrees in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, and Tourism. He has proven experience in programme and project management, having led Research Groups and Projects such as the Marie Curie Actions “International Research Exchange on Cooperatives” funded by the European Commission, and has also been the elected Spanish representative of the European Accounting Association.
Having been awarded his doctorate in Economics and Business Studies, specialising in Financial Economics and Accounting, from the University of Seville, he has lectured at the Universities of Seville and Granada (1989-1994) and the University of Almeria (since 1995), where he has also held the post of Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies (1993-1995 and 1997-2000), member of the Office for Strategic Planning at the University of Almeria (2004-2007) and Vice Chancellor of Planning, Quality and Relations with Society (2007-2011). Throughout his professional career, he has supervised and taught on PhD and master's degree courses delivered by national and international universities, including the Master’s in Accounts Auditing, the Master’s in International Business, the Master’s in Finance and Accounting, and the MBA at the University of Almeria.
Since 2006, he has taught on master’s and “In Company” courses delivered at the IE Business School (Madrid), where he teaches on master’s and training courses in different countries, especially aimed at executives of companies and financial institutions.
He has been involved with different entrepreneurial projects including four university-business technology start-ups. He has also worked as a consultant in the area of Strategic Planning and Management Control Systems, having worked for different public and private bodies, as well as on the ADB (Asian Development Bank) project: “Preparing Outer Islands for Sustainable Energy Development” as an expert-consultant in economic and financial aspects (2014-2015).
Francisco Javier Astiz Fernández (Badajoz, 1964), Independent Director of Banco de Crédito Social Cooperativo, appointed for the first time on 30 May 2023.
He holds a Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid (1982-1987), Business Administration Programme-Institute of Business (2003) and Management Development Programme-ESADE (2006). He has also completed the Director Training Programme-ESADE (2021) and the Leadership and Social Innovation Programme (LIS)-ESADE (2022).
In January 1989, he joined the Financial Audit and Regulation Division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Spain, where he worked as an auditor and advisor for thirty-two years until June 2021. During these years, he was promoted in different categories until in 2006 he was appointed equity partner of PwC Spain and has been a shareholder partner of the firm since then. He was also responsible for setting up and managing the Information Systems Audit Department at PwC Spain (2004-2007).
He has extensive professional experience in the financial sector, acquired through his role as partner heading up the auditing of the annual accounts for institutions supervised by the ECB - Bank of Spain and the CNMV; specifically, listed banks, former savings banks, credit unions, securities companies and agencies, UCITs, consumer credit and foreign banks, as well as due diligence, valuations, mergers and restructuring processes. His experience also covers aspects of accounting and financial regulation applicable to these entities, as well as governance and internal control of business processes and information systems.
Member of the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants (Chartered Accountant since 1993) and the Register of Accounting Experts belonging to said Institute (since 2015). He has also been a member of the Official Register of Auditors of Spain (1993-2021) and of the Innovation and Technology Commission (CIT) of the ICJCE (2008-2021).
He is currently an independent business advisor, collaborating with third sector organisations, mainly foundations, which he has advised on governance, risk maps, scorecards and social impact measurement.
Furthermore, since 2022 he has been teaching on the Master's Degree in Advanced Accounting and Accounts Auditing taught at the Catholic University of Ávila, coordinated with the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has also developed internal responsibilities with training at PwC Spain in the areas of Audits and Accounting.
