Creating shared value

Commercial criteria and the definition of financial solutions are governed by the strategic principle of the shared value creation and define a model of long-term sustainable and viable management.

The shared value concept means that what is good for it must be good for society and vice versa. Hence, our commercial strategy combines the generation of benefit and mutual value. That is, our commercial proposal must be able to create value not only for our group but also for society. And also that value must be identifiable and quantifiable in its two aspects. Likewise, we design financial solutions aimed to the implementation of principles and strategies of sustainable development; that is, products and services which fundamental objective is preserving the environment and improve quality of life of citizens.

The two transverse axes that guide the creation of shared value are the constant improvement of quality and the commitment to innovation in a safety and confidence framework.
